Version 3.5.0, build 1202 is now available for download. This build should be considered a test release. It is recommended that you save your current layout to a permanent file before running this release, and the layout file format has changed.
This version also introduces changes to the data format for locality-specific information, including ratings, and adds support for custom genres. It is recommended that you run this version on a different computer from your main collection. If that isn't possible, you can also create a new database in version 3.1.1 via File->Open Database and use that database for testing version 3.5.0.
The download link is available from the 'Downloads' link above.
Important Notes:
Synchronization with DVD Profiler Mobile requires the upcoming version 1.2.0. Until that is released, you will not be ably to synchronize with mobile from this version
Contributions from version 3.5 are not yet being accepted. We will enable contribution later in this beta cycle
Synchronization with DVD Profiler online functions correctly, however the update to online to support the new and changed data fields is not yet released, so display of your collection online may be incomplete until that time.
